We agree a window in advance based on what you have and how many people are loading — typically 30 to 90 minutes. If you need longer, say so when booking and we will schedule accordingly rather than rush you.
Yes. We can send labour with the vehicle for an agreed rate, which is usually the sensible option for heavy or awkward material. Tell us what is involved when you book so we bring the right number of people and the right kit.
No permit application, nothing obstructing the street, no fly-tipping into your container overnight, and no waiting for a collection. For central London addresses with no off-street space it is very often the only workable option.
Yes. Our vehicles are compliant and we work inside the Congestion Charge and ULEZ zones daily. Any charges are ours to deal with, not something added to your quote.
