Commercial Kitchen Clearance
Commercial kitchens are full of stainless steel, and stainless is worth real money. When a restaurant closes, refits or changes hands, that equipment should be paid for rather than skipped at a cost.

What we do, and how it works
We strip out kitchens across London, almost always outside trading hours. Counters, canopies, ranges, refrigeration, prep tables, shelving and extraction all come out, the space is left swept, and you are paid on the weight.
What we take
- Stainless steel counters, tables and sinks
- Extraction canopies and ductwork
- Ranges, ovens, fryers and grills
- Walk-in fridges, freezers and cold rooms
- Dishwashers and glasswashers
- Shelving, racking and gantries
Four steps, and the money is in your account
No haggling on the day, no surprise deductions, and no waiting weeks to be paid.

Kitchen Clearance — your questions answered
Yes, and that is how most kitchen clearances run. We come in after close, work through, and are out before you open. It is the least disruptive way to do it and it costs no more than a daytime visit.
Yes. Fridges, freezers and cold rooms contain refrigerant gases that must be recovered by a qualified engineer before the unit is processed. We handle that as part of the job — it is a legal requirement, not an optional extra.
Kitchens are usually stainless-heavy, so more often than not the metal value covers the work and you receive a payment. Where a kitchen is mostly refrigeration and low-grade material we will quote a fixed price up front.
Disconnection must be done by a Gas Safe registered engineer or qualified electrician. We can coordinate that as part of the programme, or work to a schedule where your own contractor has isolated everything before we arrive.
