Coverage questions
Yes. We collect across all 32 London boroughs and the City of London, from our base on City Road in EC1. If your postcode begins with E, EC, N, NW, SE, SW, W, WC, BR, CR, DA, EN, HA, IG, KT, RM, SM, TW, UB or WD, we cover you.
For larger clearances, machinery removals and container work we regularly go beyond the M25 into the Home Counties. For smaller collections it depends on the volume and the distance — ring and ask, and we will tell you straight away whether it is worth a trip.
No. Congestion Charge and ULEZ are our costs to absorb, not something added to your quote. Our vehicles are compliant and we work inside both zones every day.
Usually, yes — narrow streets, basements, upper floors, restricted loading bays and permit-only roads are all normal in London. Tell us about the access when you book so we bring the right vehicle and enough people.
